Cambodia – Passport and Visa required
Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens
TOURIST
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport – must be valid at least six(6) months from the date of entry in Cambodia and must have blank(2) visa page for visa sticker and entry stamps.
- One Visa Application Form completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
- Copy of Passport bio-page (passport name & photo information) – Black & white copy is accepted.
- Computer generated flight itinerary
- One Passport Type Photograph (size 2 x 2) – recently taken at least six(6) months
- Hotel Confirmation
- AA Passport Service order form
BUSINESS
