Notarized Invitation from Democratic Republic of Congo, the notary’s signature MUST be endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Francophonie (applicable for any invitation or letter of support issued by an individual residing in the Democratic Republic of Congo). For invitations or letter of support sent by someone from provinces in the Democratic Republic of Congo, once notarized the letter of invitation/support must be validated by a subsidiary office (Centre de Capture) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Francophonie in that province.

For travelers applying for a tourist visa, please submit evidence (financial statement or letter of support) that shows they have adequate means of stay in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

(2) Copy of Parents passport, and

(3) Parental authorization

Business Letter from U.S. company – must have original wet signature. NOTE: Digital or electronic signature is not acceptable.
A letter of invitation from the company or partners to be visited in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The letter must be on company letterhead and signed by a representative of the company, and should include the applicant’s name and the name, address, and telephone number for a contact person at the overseas company. This letter must be notarized at City Hall in the DRC, it must also be legalized by the DRC Ministry of Foreign Affairs and submitted with a formal declaration of liability “
