- Invitation Letter from your sponsor in Uzbekistan (fax or scanned copy)
- Business Letter from U.S. company
- Computer generated travel itinerary ( optional )
- AA Passport Service order form
None US Citizen: must provide proof of your current U.S. Immigration status. You must include a copy of your U.S. Immigration paperwork or a copy of your Green Card, and employment letter. You must provide proof that you possess sufficient funds. Your financial details must: Include a copy of your most recent bank statement.
Consular Fee:
$160.00/visa -Validity is determined by visa officer (Regular Process – 12 business days)
$240.00/visa -Validity is determined by visa officer (Rush Process – 5 business days)

$ 70.00/visa – Up to 15 days stay
$ 75.00/visa – Up to one month stay (30 days)
$100.00/visa – Up to three months stay
