Expedited Passport Renewal instructions

Prerequisites for Renew Passport

(if the below criteria are not met, please select a different passport service above)

Applicant has most recent passport is in his or her possession, AND;
Applicant was 16 years or older when the passport was issued AND;
Applicants passport was issued within the past 15 years AND;
Applicants passport is not damaged (normal wear and tear is acceptable to an extent)

Note: We provide our customers complete assistance with your online application, Photos, and other supporting documents with Walk-in from 9 a.m. – 2:00 pm (Monday to Friday) Sat (9 a.m. till 1:00 p.m.) and Sunday (12pm to 3pm) or call us at 972-231-1600.

1 Current Passport / Card

Applicant must submit their current valid, or recently expired, passport (and/or passport card if applicable) in order to renew. The old Passport will be returned marked “Cancelled” by the US State Department

2. Passport Application (DS-82)

Applicant must submit one completed Passport Renewal Application Form (DS-82) which is “barcoded” – handwritten applications are not accepted for expedited services.

3. Passport Photos – (This service is available at our all locations)

Applicant must submit two identical, 2″x2″, color, passport-style photographs.

4. Name Change Documents - If applicable

If the name you are currently using differs from the name on your previous passport you must submit a marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order showing the change of name. The name change document must bear the official seal of the issuing authority. Uncertified copies or notarized documents cannot be accepted. All documents will be returned to you with your passport.

5. Proof of Travel

A copy of travel itinerary or online booking tool (such as an e-confirmation) showing departure from the U.S. If applicant does not possess proper itinerary, please contact us for options

6. Letter of Authorization

Click here to complete and print out two copies of the Authorization Letter. This letter will authorize our company to submit and obtain the passport on your behalf.

7. Processing Time & Fees

A. U.S. Government Fee For Renew Passport

A personal check or money order made payable to the “US Department of State” in the amount of $190.00
If you are applying for a US passport with regular services, Check or Money order made payable to : US Department of State $130.00
Temporary/starter checks or checks without a name or address will NOT be accepted.
AA Passport and Visa Services fees will be applied in addition to the government fees.

8. AA Passport Service order form:
