Letter of Invitation From Indian Company

A letter of invitation on company letterhead from the sponsoring company in India. This letter must be signed by an appropriate person in the inviting company, such as HR, Executive, or inviting business contact. The invitation letter must explain the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of travel. Information on this letter must correspond exactly with the information provided on the visa application form and supporting documents, and must be signed and sealed on company letterhead by the host in India.

Certificate of Incorporation

You must provide a letter of incorporation from the company that is inviting you to India.
Business Latter From US Company
Letter from the employer or sponsoring company in the United States, on company letterhead. This letter must be signed by an appropriate person in the applicant’s company, such as HR, Executive, or direct supervisor of the traveler. The business letter must introduce the applicant, indicate the applicant’s employment status/position held in the company, and clearly state the purpose of visit to India. Detailed contact information for the organizations to be visited must be included. The business letter must also state the validity of visa applied for (1 Year, 5 Year or 10 Year) and indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant.

Latter Of Acceptation

Letter from a recognized Indian educational institution with a registration number in India confirming admission, duration and details of the course as well as financial arrangements for the student while in India.  In case of admission in medical or paramedical courses in India, a letter of Approval or No objection certificate from the Ministry of Health, Government of India, is also required.  In case of admission to graduate or post-graduate courses in engineering or technical institutions in India, a letter of approval or a No objection certificate from the Ministry of Human Resources Development (Department of Education) is required. A letter from a recognized Indian educational institution (as described above) and a letter from a U.S. educational institution.

Proof Of Sufficient Funds

Name Change Documents

In the event that you changed your name due to marriage or divorce, you will need to bring in a a copy of your marriage certificate or a court decree that shows your name change.
India Visa Requirements For Person of Indian Region

If you are of Indian origin you are required to renounce your Indian citizenship in order to apply for an Indian visa. Please note AA Passport and visa cannot submit your request for a visa without the renunciation certificate. You must provide the following documents:

  • A Certificate of Renunciation issued by a Consulate of India (if you currently hold an Indian passport, then you must provide copy of the Renunciation form)
  • A copy of the first and last pages of your Indian passport
  • A copy of your naturalization certificate
Renunciation Requirements For Person of Indian Region
  • You Must submit  your current or Expired original Indian passport
  • A copy of naturalization certificate
  • A copy of marriage certificate ( for female )

Original Indian Passport

You must provide your actual Current or Expired Indian passport, including one copy of the personal information page of your passport. You should renew Your Passport before Six Month of its Expiration Date.
 
Passport Photos
  • Must be 2″ x 2″ on a white background.
  • Full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression.
  • You may not wear eyeglasses or headwear except for religious purposes.
  • Photo must not be older than three month.

Proof of State Residency
  • A clear photocopy of the applicant’s drivers license or state issued ID is the best proof of address.
