AA Passport & Visa Expedite Services provides Canadian passport renewal assistance in Dallas, Richardson, and throughout the DFW Metroplex for Canadian citizens living in the United States. Our team can help you prepare the current Canadian adult passport renewal form, review supporting documents, arrange compliant Canadian passport photos, and make sure your application package is ready before it is mailed to the Government of Canada.
Eligible adults applying from the United States use the PPTC 054 Adult Simplified Renewal Passport Application. Your previous adult passport must have been issued within the last 15 years, have been valid for 5 or 10 years, and generally contain the same name, date of birth, place of birth, and gender identifier you want on the new passport. Canadian passport applications from the U.S. are mailed to Canada for processing. Call 972-231-1600 for assistance with your Canada passport renewal application.

Applicant must submit their current valid, or recently expired, passport (and/or passport card if applicable) in order to renew. The old Passport will be returned marked “Cancelled” by the US State Department
Applicants must submit one completed Passport Renewal Application Form (pptc054) handwritten applications are also accepted.
Applicant must submit two identical, photosThey must be 50 mm wide by 70 mm high (2 inches wide by 2¾ inches high).
The height of your face must measure between 31 mm (1¼ inches) and 36 mm (1⁷⁄₁₆ inches) from your chin to the crown of your head (natural top of head).
You Must submit Proof of Identity (Driver’s license / Permanent resident card copies) or If you are dual National, Submit Your US Passport copies.

These are Government of Canada passport fees for Canadians living outside Canada. AA Passport & Visa service fees, photos, document preparation, shipping, and other optional assistance are separate.Canadian passport applications mailed from the United States have a current service standard of approximately 20 business days, plus mailing time. Urgent cases must be handled through the appropriate Government of Canada office and may involve additional fees.
Also, if a still-valid Canadian passport was lost or stolen, the current additional replacement fee is CAN$45, separate from the new passport fee.

You can generally use the simplified renewal process if your most recent passport was an adult passport issued when you were at least 16, was issued within the past 15 years, was valid for 5 or 10 years, and has the same name, date of birth, place of birth, and gender identifier you want on the new passport. Otherwise, you may need to apply for a new adult passport.
Most eligible adult renewals require the completed PPTC 054 application, information from your most recent Canadian passport, two identical and unaltered Canadian passport photos, two references, and the applicable government fee. If your still-valid passport is lost, stolen, inaccessible, or damaged, additional forms and requirements may apply.
The current Government of Canada fee for Canadians living outside Canada is CAN$194.25 for a 5-year adult passport and CAN$266.25 for a 10-year adult passport. A child passport costs CAN$102.50, although child passports cannot be renewed and require a new application. AA Passport & Visa service fees are separate.
