AA Passport & Visa Expedite Services helps travelers replace a lost or stolen U.S. passport in Dallas, Richardson, and throughout the DFW Metroplex. If your valid passport has been lost or stolen, the U.S. Department of State recommends reporting it immediately so it can be cancelled and protected from misuse. A reported passport cannot be used again, even if you later find it.
To apply for a lost passport replacement, you generally need to apply again in person using Form DS-11, provide proof of U.S. citizenship and identification, submit one compliant passport photo, and pay the applicable government fees. A lost or stolen passport replacement is generally processed as a DS-11 application, so the current adult government fees are:

So an adult replacing a lost passport book with standard government expedited processing would pay $225 in government fees: $130 application + $35 acceptance + $60 expedite.
Current Department of State processing times are 4–6 weeks routine and 2–3 weeks expedited, excluding mailing time. Urgent international travel generally requires an appointment at a passport agency or center when travel is within 14 calendar days.

Please keep in mind that you must come to our office in person to apply for a New Passport, Lost Passport, or Child Passport Processing. We will complete all necessary paperwork, such as an online passport application, photos, and a letter of authorization, and then you will be sent to a Passport Acceptance facility by appointment to have your document verified by a County Clark officer, who will seal the package and return it to you, which must be dropped off at Our Office to begin the process. This will be a hand-carried application to the State Department for a US passport.

If your valid U.S. passport is lost or stolen, report it to the U.S. Department of State and apply in person for a replacement using Form DS-11. You will generally need proof of U.S. citizenship, acceptable identification, one passport photo, and the required fees. The fastest option is to report a valid lost or stolen passport using the Department of State’s online form. You may also report it by mail using Form DS-64 or provide the required lost-or-stolen information while applying for a replacement with Form DS-11. Once reported, the passport is cancelled and cannot be used again, even if you later find it.
A replacement application generally requires Form DS-11, proof of U.S. citizenship, acceptable government-issued photo identification and required photocopies, one compliant passport photo, and payment of the applicable fees. You should also provide information about when and where the passport was lost or stolen. If you filed a police report, include a copy, but a police report is not listed as mandatory in every case.
For an adult passport book replacement using Form DS-11, the current government cost is $165, consisting of a $130 passport application fee and a $35 acceptance fee. Government expedited processing adds $60, making the government total $225 for an expedited adult passport book. AA Passport service fees are separate.
