Apostille & Legalization

Document Authentication and Embassy Legalization Services

AA Passport and Visa Services, assists with all of your Authentication, Apostille, Certification, Attestation, Certification and Embassy Legalization needs. Dealing with legal documents across international borders is common for businesses and individuals. Whether it’s for work, study, adoption, marriage, or other official purposes, one often needs to authenticate documents for use in foreign countries. This is where apostille services come into play. An apostille is a form of authentication issued by the government, certifying that a document is genuine and can be accepted abroad.

Benefits of Professional Apostille Services

Apostille services are essential for both individuals and businesses. Individuals who are moving abroad for work, study, or marriage may need to apostille their personal documents. Similarly, businesses expanding into international markets often need to apostille commercial contracts, powers of attorney, or other legal papers to ensure their legitimacy in foreign countries.

While it’s possible to obtain an apostille on your own, working with a professional service can save time and reduce the risk of errors. Apostille services handle the entire process for you, from verifying the document to submitting it to the appropriate government agency. This ensures that the document is processed correctly and in a timely manner, avoiding potential delays or rejections.

Professional apostille services also have experience with the specific requirements of different countries. This expertise can be invaluable, as the rules and procedures for obtaining an apostille can vary widely depending on the destination country.

We can process documents issued from all 50 U.S. States and the U.S. Federal Government.

MORE USEFUL INFORMATION ABOUT LEGALIZATIONS AND AUTHENTICATIONS

There are two different types of authentications:

APOSTILLE: It is required for all types of documents that you are planning to use in foreign countries. The apostille process ensures that your document(s) will be recognized as legitimate in all participating countries that are party to the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents. (See participating countries below). Normally, Travel Visa Pro does not assist with apostille services for Hague countries.

LEGALIZATION: For documents that are to be used in countries which have not signed Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents, a different chain of authentication is applied that eventually includes legalization by the appropriate consulate.

Participating Countries in Hague Convention
