AA Passport & Visa Expedite Services provides U.S. passport renewal assistance in Dallas, Richardson, and throughout the DFW Metroplex. If your passport is expiring, recently expired, or you need to renew before an upcoming international trip, our team can help review your documents, prepare your DS-82 renewal application, take a compliant passport photo, and explain the processing options available for your travel schedule.
Our Richardson office serves customers from Dallas, Plano, Irving, Arlington, Frisco, Garland, McKinney, Fort Worth, and surrounding communities. Walk-ins are welcome seven days a week. Applicant must submit their current valid, or recently expired, passport (and/or passport card if applicable) in order to renew. The old Passport will be returned marked “Cancelled” by the US State Department
Applicant must submit one completed Passport Renewal Application Form (DS-82) which is “barcoded” – handwritten applications are not accepted for expedited services.
Applicant must submit one 2″ × 2″ color passport photo that meets U.S. Department of State requirements.
If the name you are currently using differs from the name on your previous passport you must submit a marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order showing the change of name. The name change document must bear the official seal of the issuing authority. Uncertified copies or notarized documents cannot be accepted. All documents will be returned to you with your passport.
A copy of travel itinerary or online booking tool (such as an e-confirmation) showing departure from the U.S. If applicant does not possess proper itinerary, please contact us for options

If you qualify to use Form DS-82, you can renew your U.S. passport without applying as a first-time applicant. Most eligible DS-82 renewals require your most recent U.S. passport, a completed and signed DS-82 form, one compliant passport photo, payment of the applicable government fee, and name-change documentation if your current legal name differs from the name on your passport. Additional documentation may apply depending on your situation.
You may qualify to renew using Form DS-82 if your most recent passport was issued when you were age 16 or older, was issued within the last 15 years, is available to submit, and is not damaged beyond normal wear. If you do not meet the renewal requirements, you may need to apply using Form DS-11 instead.
The current U.S. Department of State fee for an adult passport book renewal is $130. A passport card renewal is $30, and a passport book plus card is $160. Government expedited service adds $60, and optional 1–3 day return delivery for a passport book is $26.87. AA Passport service fees are separate.
Current Department of State processing is generally 4–6 weeks for routine service and 2–3 weeks for expedited service, excluding mailing time.
