- Medical Report Forms (please download 3 copies) completely filled out and signed by the doctor doing the test (all forms must have the doctor’s original signature and the doctor’s office stamp or seal). Applicable only to those 16 years and over (Original Test results must be included with 2 copies). Medical report is valid for use within 3 months from issue date.
- Signed COVID19 Declaration Form
- Letter from the sponsoring company is required. Letter MUST indicate block visa number, date, position and name of applicant. NOTE: If you use a third part to submit the application to the embassy, the letter should include language authorizing the agency to finalize all visa requirements – please contact Travel the World Visas for the agency’s name to be listed on this letter.
- Digital (electronic) power of attorney from the Saudi employer generated by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs. NOTE: If you use a third part to submit the application to the embassy, the power of attorney should include language authorizing the agency to finalize all visa requirements – please contact Travel the World Visas for the agency’s name to be listed on the power of attorney.
- Copy of the signed employment contract with the company in Saudi Arabia
- Copy of College or University Degree (certified or verified by the Saudi Arabia Cultural Missions Office) – must correspond to the field of employment together with official transcripts OR, Technical Training Certificates, notarized and authenticated by your State Secretary. Technical training Certificates may only be used for non-managerial positions. NOTE: AApassport will be able to assist with the diploma verification at the Saudi Arabia Cultural Missions Office OR notarization/authentication of a training certificate – additional fee applies for this service. NOTE: Please send the diploma that has been certified by the Saudi Arabia Cultural Missions Office and legalized by the Embassy of Saudi Arabia – with the original signature and seal.
- Police clearance certificate – if issued by the state or county police department, this must be on the police department letterhead with original signature, and with the police department seal or stamp (if available). FBI Background Check is also acceptable. Police report is valid for use within 6 months from issue date.
- If applicant previously worked in Saudi Arabia, please submit final exit from your last residence card. You can get the final exit document your last Saudi employer or the Saudi immigration, you may have received this final exit via text message
