GHANA TOURIST VISA APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable
  • One (1) Visa Application Form completed and signed
  • Two (2) Passport Type Photographs
  • International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
  • Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent or copy of round trip airline ticket
  • AA Passport Service order form
  • If visiting religious organization, submit Letter of Invitation from the inviting party in Ghana
  • For Minor Applicants (under 18 years old), a copy of the applicant’s Birth Certificate with the names of both parents is required, as well as a NOTARIZED “parental consent” signed by both parents/legal guardians (this applies regardless of whether parents/legal guardians are traveling with applicant) and copy of the parents identification (like passport data page or driver’s license).

GHANA BUSINESS VISA APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • One (1) Visa Application Form completed and signed
