Uganda Visa

Uganda eVisa Requirements and Passport Help for Dallas Travelers

U.S. citizens need a visa to enter Uganda and must apply before travel using Uganda’s electronic visa and permit system. A passport should have at least six months of validity beyond arrival and at least one blank page for the entry stamp. Because the visa approval is electronic, make sure the passport number and personal details used in the application match the document you will carry.

AA Passport & Visa Expedite Services helps travelers from Dallas, Richardson, and the DFW Metroplex prepare their passport before starting a Uganda eVisa application. If your passport is expired, damaged, or too close to expiration, our team can help you review renewal or replacement options. Current travel conditions should also be reviewed separately from the visa process. For passport assistance, call 972-231-1600.

Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

The Embassy of the Republic of Uganda in Washington DC also informs the general public that the Government of Uganda adopted the e-visa system (electronic visa) in 2017 for easier, quicker and more efficient service delivery to all those who wish to travel to Uganda. Therefore, from 1st April 2018, the Embassy will no longer issue manually processed visas (sent through the mail and/or dropped off by courier as has been the practice).
