Gabon – Passport and Visa Required

Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

TOURIST

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond tgaahe date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
• Two Visa Application Forms completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
• Two Passport Type Photographs
• World Health Certificate required showing valid vaccination against Yellow Fever
• Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent or copy of roundtrip airline ticket
• Hotel Confirmation or reservation. If staying in various hotels, please provide copies of each reservation. A letter from inviting family member or friend is required if they are providing accommodations to the applicant. The letter must include date of applicant’s arrival, length of stay and host’s contact information including telephone number and full home address
• AA Passport Service order form

BUSINESS

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
• Two Visa Application Forms completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
• Two Passport Type Photographs
• World Health Certificate required showing valid vaccination against Yellow Fever
• Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent or copy of roundtrip airline ticket
• A letter of invitation from sponsor/host company in Gabon explaining the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of travel to Gabon. In addition, the letter must indicate the length of stay, place of stay, and host’s contact information in Gabon.
• Business Letter from U.S. company
• AA Passport Service order form

Official or Diplomatic Travel

• Valid and signed U. S. Official or Diplomatic Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
• Two Visa Application Forms completed and signed. Application on thermal fax paper is not accepted. The application form must have original signature.
• Two Passport Type Photographs
• World Health Certificate required showing valid vaccination against Yellow Fever
• Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent or copy of roundtrip airline ticket
• Letter from sending department or agency, confirming the purpose of travel and dates of the intended visit.
• AA Passport Service order form
