- Invitation Letter from your sponsor in Papua New Guinea (fax or scanned copy)
- Business Letter from U.S. company

None US Citizen: must provide proof of your current U.S. Immigration status. You must include a copy of your U.S. Immigration paperwork or a copy of your Green Card, and employment letter. You must provide proof that you possess sufficient funds. Your financial details must: Include a copy of your most recent bank statement.

$50.00/visa – Tourist Visa (valid for 6 months – Single entry – 2 months stay) – 7 to 10 business days processing
$205.00/visa – Business Visa (valid for 2 months – Single Entry – 8 weeks stay) – 7 to 10 business days processing
$410.00/visa – Business Visa (valid for 6 months – Multiple Entry – 8 weeks stay) – 7 to 10 business days processing
