- Valid and signed U. S. Passport
- Two Visa Application Form completed and signed.
- Two Passport Type Photographs
- Computer generated travel itinerary ( optional ).
- AA Passport Service order form
Business
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport
- Two Visa Application Form completed and signed.
- Two Passport Type Photographs
- Invitation Letter from your sponsor in Thailand (fax or scanned copy)
- Business Letter from U.S. company
- Computer generated travel itinerary ( optional )
- AA Passport Service order form
None US Citizen: must provide proof of your current U.S. Immigration status. You must include a copy of your U.S. Immigration paperwork or a copy of your Green Card, and employment letter. You must provide proof that you possess sufficient funds. Your financial details must: Include a copy of your most recent bank statement.
Consular Fee:
$ 40.00/person – Tourist Visa ONLY Stay up to max. 60 days (single entry)
$ 35.00/person – Transit Visa
$ 80.00/person – (Single Entry/valid for 3 months) – Non-Immigrant visa (Business)
$200.00/person – Multiple Entry Non-Immigrant visa – Valid for 1 year (Business)
$200.00/person – Multiple Entry – Valid for 6 months (Tourist)- effective November 13, 2015
