Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens
TOURIST
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
- Two visa application forms electronically typed, completed and signed
Visa Application Forms for WASHINGTON DC JURISDICTION
Visa Application Forms for NEW YORK JURISDICTION
IMPORTANT: Application forms MUST be fully completed. No field should be left out blank. Under marital status, if you mark anything other than “Single”, you must fill in spousal information. Applications with missing information will be delayed.
- Two Passport size photographs (MUST have clear or white background)
- Copy of an airline ticket or flight itinerary
- Proof of accommodations ( the Embassy Requires original document for Tourist), or Confirmed hotel reservations
- If you are a U.S. Alien Resident, a copy of your Green Card
- Original signed NOTARIZED letter addressed to the Embassy of Algeria stating the DETAILED description of your purpose and itinerary within Algeria. You have to also indicate your host(s) name, address and telephone # (this is the place where you will stay while in Algeria).
- AA Passports Visas Service Order Form
BUSINESS

- Business Letter from U.S. Company
- A letter of invitation from the sponsoring company in Algeria is Required, only original document will be accepted.
- If you are a U.S. Alien Resident, a copy of your Green Card

OFFICIAL or DIPLOMATIC PASSPORT HOLDERS ONLY
- U.S. Official or Diplomatic Passport, at least 6 months remaining validity.
