Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens
TOURIST
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
- Three Visa Application Forms completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
- Three Passport Type Photographs
- International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
- Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent
- AA Passport Service order form
BUSINESS
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
- Three Visa Application Forms completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
- Three Passport Type Photographs
- International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
- Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent
- Business Letter from U.S. company
- AA Passport Service order form
Official/Diplomatic Travel
- Submit your U.S. Official or Diplomatic Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity
- Three Visa Application Forms, fully completed and signed
- Three passport-type photographs
- AA Passport Service order form
- International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
- Letter from sending department or agency, confirming the purpose of travel and dates of the intended visit.
