Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens
TOURIST
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
- One visa application form completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
- Two (2) Passport Type Photographs (DO NOT STAPLE ON THE APPLICATION)
- Two copies of the passport data page
- Confirmed Hotel Reservation
- Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent
- AA Passport Service order form
BUSINESS
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
- One visa application form completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
- Two (2) Passport Type Photographs (DO NOT STAPLE ON THE APPLICATION)
- Two copies of the passport data page
- Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent
- Business Letter from U.S. company (2 original)
- AA Passport Service order form
NOTE:
If you are requesting a Multiple Entry Business Visa, the specific date of entries must be indicated on the Visa Application Form, as well as the Business Letter. You must also provide flight itineraries for each entry. The issuance of a multiple entry visa is upon the discretion of the embassy.
Official/Diplomatic Travel
- Valid and signed official or diplomatic passport (passport must have at least 6 months validity remaining)
- One visa application form, fully completed and signed
- AA Passport Service order form
- Two recent passport-type photographs (DO NOT STAPLE ON THE APPLICATION)
- Two copies of the passport data page
- Copy of airline tickets or itinerary
- Letter from sending Government department or agency, explaining the purpose of the trip and dates of travel.
