Gabon Visa

Gabon Visa Services in Dallas, TX

Gabon is Central Africa’s green giant – a country where 88% of the land is covered by pristine equatorial rainforest, where forest elephants roam the beaches of Loango National Park, gorillas live in the forest interior, and whale sharks cruise offshore. For US citizens in Dallas who want to experience one of Africa’s most biodiverse and least disturbed ecosystems, a visa is required but Gabon has made the process easier with an e-Visa system. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory. AA Passport & Visa in Richardson TX helps Dallas residents with Gabon visa applications. Open 7 days a week. Walk-ins welcome. Call 972-231-1600.

Yes. A valid yellow fever vaccination certificate is a mandatory entry requirement for all visitors to Gabon including US citizens. Gabon is exceptional for wildlife tourism for several reasons. It has 13 national parks covering 11% of the country’s land area. Because Gabon has low human population density and significant oil wealth that reduced pressure for agricultural land clearing, its rainforests are largely intact. Loango National Park is famous for forest elephants, hippos, and gorillas coming to the beach — a scene found nowhere else on earth. Gabon is also a shark sanctuary making it excellent for marine life encounters. Tourism is still developing making it a genuinely off-the-beaten-path destination for adventurous DFW travelers.

For the Gabon e-Visa you need a valid US passport with at least 6 months validity beyond your entry date, a recent digital passport photo, a scan of your passport bio page, your travel dates and accommodation details in Gabon, a yellow fever vaccination certificate, and payment for the e-Visa fee online. For a consulate visa additional documents including a letter of invitation may be required. AA Passport & Visa reviews all documents at our Richardson TX office. Call 972-231-1600.

The Gabon e-Visa is typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. Apply at least 3 weeks before your travel date. Consulate visa processing takes longer. AA Passport & Visa helps ensure your application is complete and correct before submission to avoid delays. Call 972-231-1600 right away if your Gabon trip is approaching soon.
