Sierra Leone – Passport and Visa Required
Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens
TOURIST VISA
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
- One Visa Application Form completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
- One Passport Type Photograph
- Copy of the most recent bank statement
- World Health Certificate required showing valid vaccination against Yellow Fever
- Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent or copy of roundtrip airline ticket
- Letter of invitation from host in Sierra Leone (fax or scanned copy)
- AA Passport Service order form
- NOTE: Additional requirements for minor applicants:
- Both parents must sign the Application form and have it notarized by a notary public.
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate is also required.
- A copy of the Parents passports or birth certificate is also required
BUSINESS VISA
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
- One Visa Application Form completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
- One Passport type photograph
- World Health Certificate required showing valid vaccination against Yellow Fever
- Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent or copy of roundtrip airline ticket
- Business Letter from U.S. company
- Invitation letter from company in Sierra Leone (fax or scanned copy)
- AA Passport Service order form
