Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens
TOURIST VISA
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
- One Visa Application Form completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
- One Passport Type Photograph with clear or white background
- Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent or copy of roundtrip airline ticket
- AA Passport Service order form
For children below 18 years of age: The followings documents are required to support the visa application of a child to enter Suriname:
(1) Birth Certificate showing the names of both parents;
(2) Photocopy of legal documents pertaining to custody, where, when, if applicable;
(3) Legalized letter of consent:
NOTE:
– If child is traveling with one parent, the letter of consent authorizing travel must be legalized by the other parent;
– If child is traveling alone or without either parent, a notarized the letter of consent from both parents permitting travel;
– Death Certificate, in case one or both parents are deceased.
BUSINESS VISA
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
- One Visa Application Form completed and signed. Application on thermal fax paper is not accepted. The application form must have original signature.
- One Passport size photograph
- Business Letter from U.S. company
- AA Passport Service order form
