Thailand – Passport and Visa Required
Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens
TOURIST VISA
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
- One Visa Application Form completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
- Two Passport type photographs
- Recent Bank Statement
- Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from travel agent
- AA Passport Service order form
- For Minor Children (under 18 years old):
– Applicant must supply a copy of parents most recent bank statement and a copy of the parents passport photo and information pages.
– Applicant must supply a copy of their birth certificate
– If the applicants parents are traveling with them then a copy of the parents visas are required.
BUSINESS VISA
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
- One Visa Application Form completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
- Two Passport type photographs
- Recent Bank Statement
- Letter of invitation from the host company in Thailand (fax or scanned copy)
- Business Letter from U.S. company
- AA Passport Service order form
- Criminal Record from the Local Police Station (applicable for applicants who will be working in Thailand)
